What is Quantic's Career Network and how does it work?

Quantic’s career network, called Smartly Talent, is a place where we connect students and alumni with career opportunities at top companies and innovative startups.

How it works

Job-seekers find new opportunities in two ways:

  1. Job-seekers contact employers: As the candidate, you may browse and apply to open positions that have been posted directly by our partner employers in the Quantic platform. Thanks to our partnership with ZipRecruiter, students and alumni in the US, Canada, UK, and Germany have additional access to a unique set of relevant, high-paying jobs in the business, tech, and finance sectors. Candidates can find all open positions posted by navigating to the Featured Positions section of the Careers tab while logged in. They can either apply to the job directly within the Quantic platform, or they may be directed to the employer's site to apply.
  • Employers contact job-seekers: Candidates that opt into the career network create a brief profile card with relevant information like career and education background. Employers in the network browse profiles and proactively reach out to candidates through the Quantic platform if they see a fit for any of their open positions.

Who Are Our Employers?

A wide range of recruiters and hiring managers have signed up with Smartly Talent, ranging from multinational corporations (e.g. CapitalOne), to innovative, mid-sized companies (e.g. Better Mortgage) to pioneering startups (e.g. CareDox), and we sign up more every month. Hiring managers and recruiters from over 500 companies have signed up, but keep in mind that the number of active companies in a given month may vary. Industries represented are technology, manufacturing, non-profit, military, consulting, financial, media, energy, health care, consumer products, education, and retail.

We also have a partnership with ZipRecruiter to surface high-paying roles in business, technology, and finance within our network.

Who Are Our Candidates?

Our job-seekers are students enrolled in the MBA or Executive MBA programs at Quantic School of Business and Technology, and candidates who apply to Smartly Talent separately.
