Can I defer to a future class?
If you are accepted into Quantic and are unexpectedly unable to dedicate the proper amount of time to the program, you may defer your acceptance by first registering for the class with your initial tuition payment and then contacting us at support@quantic.edu to let us know. Students deferring prior to their cohort's start date will have their choice of the next two upcoming cohorts.
If you defer to a future cohort, your progress will be held while the curriculum is locked and your tuition payments suspended. Your existing progress and any awarded scholarship and payments made will be transferred to your new cohort, allowing you to pick up from where you left off.
If you defer to an ongoing cohort, your existing progress, any awarded scholarship, and any payments made will be transferred to your new cohort, allowing you to pick up where you left off. If you have a monthly tuition payment plan, payments will continue as scheduled.
After two deferrals, if you are still unable to complete the course, you will need to re-apply at a time that better suits your schedule. In accordance with Quantic policies, all students must graduate within 3 years of their initial start date. Students who are administratively withdrawn from Quantic may not be eligible for deferral and may be asked to reapply.
