Changing payment plans
Students are offered their choice of three payment plans at registration - monthly, annual, or single payment. All students have the option to change payment plans anytime before their cohort begins. After the cohort start date, students are held to their chosen payment plan.
After changing payment plans, an updated Enrollment Agreement reflecting the new plan amount will be generated in the Quantic Dashboard. This agreement must be signed as soon as possible to avoid an interruption in coursework. Please note that a new enrollment agreement is not generated until after the balance for the new plan is paid.
Example: A student selects the monthly payment plan option at registration and makes their first payment of $950 USD. They later decide that they would like to take advantage of the reduction associated with the single payment plan option with a total tuition of $11,200 USD. They can reach out to [email protected] before their cohort start date and make a payment for the remaining balance of $10,250 USD. Once the payment is made, their account is updated and a new Enrollment Agreement is generated in the student’s Dashboard.
In the event that a student defers before their cohort's start date, they still have the option to switch plans anytime before their new cohort begins.
Example: A student selects the monthly payment plan option at registration paying $950 USD and immediately defers to a cohort that begins two months later. They want to change their plan from the monthly plan to the annual plan with a total tuition due of $11,800 USD (two installments of $5,900 USD). They can reach out to [email protected] anytime before their start date of their new cohort and make a payment for the remaining balance of the first annual installment, or $4,950 USD. The second installment will be due exactly twelve moths later. Once the payment is made, their account is updated and a new Enrollment Agreement is generated in the student’s Dashboard.
Payment plan changes cannot be processed on the student dashboard. Instead, to inquire about changing payment plans, please contact [email protected].
