What is the Payment Plan Disclosure form?

Any student who selects a monthly or annual tuition payment plan is required to sign a Payment Plan Disclosure.

This document summarizes your payment plan with Quantic.  These required disclosure forms are meant for traditional loans, and they are not ideally suited for summarizing our payment plans.  Admittedly, they are kind of confusing, but they are required by US Law and our accreditor, and we must provide them to you in a very specific template and format.
