How to use AI Advisor & AI Tutor
Quantic's AI Advisor can be found at the top of your Home screen, and you'll see AI Tutor inside your lessons. These tools can be a great resource as you complete your studies but it can sometimes be tricky to know how to get started. Of course we had to start by asking AI Advisor how it thought the tool should be best be used and here's what it says:
The best way to use your AI Advisor is to:
Ask Questions: Inquire about your curriculum, course materials, or any specific topics you're studying.
Study Help: Request explanations or clarifications on concepts in subjects like Accounting, Finance, Marketing, etc.
Exam Preparation: Seek assistance with exam topics or review materials to help you prepare effectively.
Program Information: Get details about graduation requirements, class schedules, and school policies.

About your cohort's schedule
AI Advisor can answer many questions about your cohort's specific schedule. It can provide due dates for projects and help remind you when you can expect to learn certain concepts. It can also direct you to your cohort's full schedule document.
About Grading Policy and Graduation Requirements
If you aren't sure about the grading policy or graduation requirements for your degree, AI Advisor can provide insight and direct you to the policy documents for your cohort. In addition to providing you with an overview of the information, AI Advisor frequently provides links to Quantic FAQ articles that contain additional details and clarification.
Where to find key terms for review
Looking to review a section of coursework? AI Advisor can direct you to specific lessons where concepts and key terms were taught.
If all you need is a brief definition or reminder, it can provide that too!

In addition to the tips above about asking for key terms and locating lessons to review, the in-lesson AI Tutor can help you study in the following ways:
Explain this screen
As you are completing your coursework, you might notice an "Explain this screen" button in the lower left side of the screen. If you'd like some additional clarification on the information that's being presented, you can click this button and AI Tutor will provide some details and might even ask you a question to help solidify your understanding
Recap last lesson
On the first slide of each course lesson you'll find the option to recap the previous lesson. AI Tutor will quiz you on material you just learned and get you warmed up for the learning ahead!
Review this lesson
Similarly, on the last slide, you will see AI Tutor provides the opportunity to review the lesson you just completed. Test yourself on the most recent material and flex your new knowledge.
These in-lesson tools are a great resource and great way to study for upcoming exams! Please note that AI Tutor is only available in standard course lessons, you will not see any AI Tutor options in your SMARTCASE quizzes or Exams.
